ADULT PROGRAM
Our Adult’s program is an excellent way to learn martial arts while having fun and relieving stress and getting into great shape. For adults, emphasis is on achieving peak fitness using a systematic regimen of techniques which maximize aerobic capacity, strength, flexibility, endurance, and self-defense skills.
Classes are led by highly-experienced Masters who key into your goals and keep you motivated in a dedicated pursuit of obtaining optimal physical and mental health coupled with increased vitality.
For Adults we offer training in Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Kumyedo.
OUR CHILDREN
We at TAEKWON V ACADEMY take great pride in specializing in working with children. Classes are diveded by age and skill to provide the best possible teaching atmosphere for each student's need.
All children are taught at their own pace in order to develop their maximum potential. Children learn to respect and to like themselves, making it easier to resit the negative peer pressure they face each day.
